Seven Nikon Coolpix Cameras Prepare for Launch
The 10-megapixel Coolpix P100 replaces last year's 24X optical-zoom Coolpix P90 and offers some key bumps in specs as compared to the P90. The P100 shoots full high-definition video in 1080p resolution at 30 frames per second and has on-board stereo mics and a dedicated video-record button; you can zoom in and out and use the camera's autofocus while filming.
Other new features that look promising are a "Night Landscape" mode, which is sort of a superpowered exposure-bracketing setting: The camera takes eight shots in rapid succession at different exposure settings, and then combines the shots in-camera to create a crisp low-light shot.
The P100 also adds an in-camera high-dynamic-range (HDR) mode, a high-speed burst mode that takes 10 shots per second at full 10-megapixel resolution (or up to 120 shots per second at a much-reduced resolution), a pre-shutter cache that buffers up to 40 shots before the shutter button is pressed, and five-way image stabilization (sensor-shift, shutter-speed acceleration, digital, ISO adjustment, and a "Best Shot Selector" for burst mode).

I just received my Nikon Coolpix L110 yesterday and OMG I was thrilled! I bought it right out from Amazon and I’m really pleased with this camera. I have done much research and decided I wanted to buy this camera, even if I wanted a couple of weeks for the product to be released.
The images are super sharp, large quality and the camera is easy to use. My husband loves the continuous sports mode on the camera. . . he plays so that sport is a plus! HD video on the camera is impressive. The different characteristics and how to set the camera is simple and easy. Megapixels and zoom are great! We took a picture of a car along the road on the other side and the picture was clear as you can! I love this camera! ^ ^
What I love most is how the camera looks pretty!
The only problem I have is that to understand what it all means This is what he did, I had to read the entire manual. But I have much enjoyed. . . . as now I completely understand how to use efficiently and get the best possible images.
