Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W350 Is Point-and-Shoot Camera

One can observe a big competition among point-and-shoot cameras nowadays. Take a look at the Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W350 , it is considered to be a small and solid camera. It is attractive and comes with good options ideal for snapshooters.

The camera comes in silver, black, blue, and pink colors. It is compact enough that lets you to put it in your pocket. The 2010 Cyber-shots supports SD and SDHC cards. Moreover, the battery compartment as well as slot is protected by a lockable door.

The device includes straightforward controls, you can find power and shutter release buttons on top of the camera. Other controls are on back to the right of the LCD that is considered to be bright but unfortunately not so great.

It contains Super HAD CCD where Optical Sensor resolution is 14.1 mega pixels with color support. This camera utilizes built-in Super Steady Shot stabilization to assist in taking sharper pictures. It has Program and Automatic exposure modes where Compensation is ±2 EV range; in 1/3 EV steps with Multi-segment, Center-weighted and Spot Metering. Its White Balance is preset to Custom, Presets, and Automatic modes.

Sony Cyber-shot contains built-in flash with AF Illuminator which is set to Auto, Fill-in mode, Slow synch, Flash OFF, Red-eye reduction where flash ranges from 8 in-26 ft. The sensitivity of light is ISO80, ISO100, ISO200, ISO400, ISO800, and ISO1600, and ISO3200, ISO auto. The max shutter speed is 1/1600sec whereas min speed is 2sec.

Its digital video format is MPEG-4 where video capturing modes are 1280 by 720, 640 by 480 whereas Still Image is based on JPEG format. It has Frame movie shooting mode and contains a built-in microphone for sound recording.

Sony Cyber-shot zoom lens features aspherical lens with built-in lens shield where Focal Length is 4.7 mm-18.8mm and Lens Aperture is F/2.7-5.7 with Min Focus Range is 1.6in and Macro is 4cm. Its auto focus points 9 zones with TTL contrast detection. It has a built-in 2.7in LCD display with TFT tech. It has Sony Picture Motion Browser software.
